Delivery and Returns
We use various methods for shipping at our discretion including Royal Mail Signed and Tracked, MyHermes, etc.
Orders are generally shipped on the day of order depending on the time the order is placed and if the order is available for immediate shipping. If an item is not in stock and ready for shipment we will make the strap and ship it as soon as possible, usually within 3 working days.
Next working day delivery is available for UK orders using APC Overnight service and, as with all of our shipments, a signature will be required. If an item is returned to us by the courier you may be required to pay a second shipping charge to have it resent so please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order. We are happy to send your order to a work address. Please include a phone number on your order so that the driver can contact you if necessary.
This service is not available for all areas, (Highlands, Scottish Borders, N.Ireland etc) if this shipping method is selected but not available for your area we may use an alternative method or an alternative service with APC.
We are happy to accept returns and will exchange or refund fully the cost of the item as required, unfortunately we can not refund shipping charges. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged in a way that will avoid any damage, returned items must be in a resalable condition. Always get proof of postage in case an item gets lost in transit.
